Booking Requests
Submitting the request form does not by itself create a paid booking. It is a request for confirmation based on date, guest count, and operator availability.
A tour is considered confirmed only after availability is reviewed and the guest receives an explicit confirmation from the operator.
Prices & Availability
Displayed prices are indicative and should be confirmed directly with the guest before final commitment, especially where routes, timings, or inclusions vary by season or schedule.
Availability may change due to partner opening hours, traffic, weather, temporary closures, or access restrictions.
Route Adjustments
The operator may adjust route order, stop duration, or substitute certain elements when required for safety, logistics, or partner availability.
Where changes are necessary, the intended tone, pacing, and quality of the day should remain the guiding priority.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for reviewing tour suitability, meeting points, timing, walking requirements, and any route-specific constraints before confirming a booking.
Optional message details submitted through the booking form should be accurate and relevant to the requested journey.
